Over the last year and a half, it is no surprise that the mental health field has experienced burnout. The increased demand for therapist services has largely contributed to this. But, the support of a team that values healthy boundaries can help a lot in preventing burnout in our field. We all got into this profession to help people, right? At Therapyology we encourage continued learning opportunities by providing generous stipends towards CEUs. We even attend workshops and seminars together as a team!
