Hi, I’m Arielle Barouch, LLMSW, I am passionate about helping navigate life’s ups and downs. I specialize in working with college students, young adults, and adults. My areas of expertise range from anxiety, depression, self-confidence, and the complexities of friendships and romantic relationships to adults managing the ups and downs of parenting, co-parenting, single parenting and evolving family dynamics, including divorce and blended families.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and easygoing—I want my clients to feel comfortable and supported as we work together. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build confidence and resilience, acquire practical skills to manage stress, and develop effective strategies for lasting change.
I aim to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and heard to take meaningful steps toward personal growth, healing, and overall well-being. Whether you’re a student feeling overwhelmed by academic and social pressures or an adult navigating the complexities of family life, I’m here to help you find clarity, confidence, and balance.
About Me
I earned my master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University and am also a mom to two elementary-age children, so I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of parenting. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be in the helping profession. I love working with people and have a sincere, caring desire to help everyone feel empowered and happy. I bring deep empathy to my work and strive to make therapy feel approachable and supportive.
When I’m not working or being a mother, you can find me at a Pilates class, checking out the latest restaurant in town, or chasing the sunshine.
I’d love to connect and support you on your healing journey—let’s work together to help you feel more confident, balanced, and fulfilled!
