Hello, I’m Ellie!

Parenting is undeniably rewarding, but it’s also one of the most challenging roles one can take on. I understand that no child comes with a set of instructions, and every family faces their own unique set of trials. As a therapist, my mission is to guide families toward higher levels of functioning and facilitate the creation of healthy, lasting relationships.

Navigating the complexities of family life can be daunting, especially during significant life changes or when dealing with issues of identity, managing overwhelming emotions such as anxiety and depression, experimenting with substances, and the inevitable conflicts that arise between parents and children.
